I'm Tenisa Montogmery LMHC QS, the founder and lead psychotherapist With over 10 years of experience in mental health counseling, I am passionate about helping individuals who feel stuck, depressed, anxious, and lonely. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a commitment to fostering positive change in my clients' lives.

I hold a Master's Degree from Duquesne University and am a licensedin the State of Florida with specialized training in Trauma. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations, providing tailored counseling services that address the unique challenges each individual faces.

I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome their difficulties and lead a more fulfilling life. We offer a wide varitety of services brom a faith based persepective.  My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we will work towards identifying the root causes of your struggles and developing effective strategies to address them.
